Fresh and crisp Sauvignon Blanc, from a Family estate.
The Sanfourche family purchased Chateau Haut Maurin in 1917. The fourth winegrower Jean-Louis Sanfourche manages the estate, including winemaking and viticulture.
The beautiful estate is situated on the right bank of the Garonne, just 3 miles northeast of Cadillac and consists of 78 acres of vines in and around the village of Donzac. In these picturesque hillside vineyards, clay and limestone dominate the soils. The family focuses on sustainability in their practices to protect their vineyards and outcrops for future generations.
Tasting Notes: A classic Bordeaux white, Haut Maurin Sauvignon Blanc, with zesty citrus character, aromas of white fruit/white flowers, fresh cut grass, and a characteristic mineral note.
Serve With: Enjoy as an aperitif or with your favorite fish and shellfish.
